Encore Bath redid our master bath for us about 4 years ago. They did excellent work and I still love my bathroom. I have had a couple of questions over the years eith which they have tassisted me. Had our shower installed a few years ago and gave them five stars then. Now, six years later, I'm giving them another 5 stars for their customer service. Aside from an excellent product and remodel, they stand by their work years later if there's ever an issue. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is and stays satisfied and happy. I had Encore do by bath conversation to shower in my basement  and they were awesome.  I had shopped around for bids and then  found them.  Not only were they fair on the price I had a really good feeling with the salesman Michael.  He was patient and kind and oversaw the whole process.  The installers were great and did an excellent job.   I then several months later had them come a do a major master bathroom remodel.  Again it was awesome and everyone that see my bathroom loves it.  Excellent work, every bit of detail and they worked with me through the process. I would highly recommend Encore Bath and Remodel for any bathroom renovation that you have in mind. One of our bathrooms was receny remodeled to make it handicapped accessible . From the design phase of choosing style, materials, and colors through the installation the owner was on hand to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the results. Just had our shower and tub updated with Encore, after 30 years.  Well worth the wait! Allan was extremely helpful in walking us through the process from start to finish! I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on this. I did want this to be an investment that would last! Mission accomplished. His crew, Bobby and John,  were professional and courteous. I could tell they were invested in the end result and knew what they were doing. They treated both us and our home with respect! Minimal disruption and done in no time!
